The quiet corner for freeriders in the Axamer Lizum is definitely right here. From the top station of the Pleisenlift, follow ski slope 7 for a few turns until you can leave the slope to the left at an altitude of 2,140m. From here, always following the fall line, a wide range of freeride options opens up. The terrain offers slopes of up to 40°, but these can easily be bypassed. With fresh new snow, this freeride area is a real powder delight.
However, the fun quickly comes to an end if you turn off to the right too late or don't find the toboggan run. If you go too far down on the left-hand side (no exit icon on the map), you won't be able to get back.
The traverse back to the valley station of the Pleisenlift must start at 1,820m at the latest. If you decide to descend to the valley via the toboggan run, it is best to follow the SNOWHOW map using GPS.

Slope inclination up to 40°
Wide areas up to a maximum of 35°
Difference in altitude: up to 250 m

Attention snowboarders !
Traverse early enough!
